Shopper photos

Photos uploaded for a try-on are used only to create that image. They are processed on our servers, deleted from the processing machine right after the image is made, and expire from our job queue within one hour. We do not use shoppers' photos to train our models.

Children

Try-ons of children must be started by a parent or guardian. Stores that offer kids' wear try-on must ask the shopper to confirm this.

Store and contact data

When you contact us we keep your name, email, store and message to reply and set up your account. Usage counts per store are kept to bill and show your dashboard.
